HRD testing machine (1500A/12V)

Application: Used for on-line instantaneous high-current discharging capacity testing after acid-filling and battery formation for 36Ah~200Ah batteries.

Operation: Set up the discharge current and discharge time of battery manually then the battery will be positioned automatically by electric eye, then the machine will do the testing automatically. If unqualified, the machine will send out alarm signal and push the unqualified battery to rejection table. If qualified, the battery will be delivered automatically to the next working process.

Feature: via setting the parameters like upper limit and lower limit of open/close circuit voltage, discharging current, discharging time, etc. It adopts constant current timing as working mode, with the function of power failure setting parameter protection, voltage over-limit sound and light alarm, qualified battery counting, etc.
